Executive Director Carol Barry accepted the funding on behalf of the organization. She was joined by board members Sam Liles, Connie Holcombe, and Michael Sapp, as well as longtime volunteer Kathy McLeroy.

Restoring Women Outreach is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women affected by addiction by providing support, resources, and recovery-focused services. The allocation was approved through the City’s share of opioid settlement funds, which are intended to support programs and initiatives that address the impact of opioid addiction and substance use disorders. City officials expressed their appreciation for the organization’s ongoing work and its commitment to helping individuals find hope, healing, and a path toward recovery.

The City of Cullman remains committed to partnering with organizations that provide meaningful services and strengthen the health and well-being of the community.
