The City of Cullman Human Resources (Personnel) Office provides essential personnel, payroll, and benefits administration services for all municipal employees. The office manages a comprehensive payroll system, maintains employee records in accordance with state and federal requirements, and offers guidance and support to all City departments.

Human Resources also assists with recruitment and hiring.
