By using the “City of Cullman” mobile application, website, or communication services, including SMS (text messaging), you agree to these Terms of Service and the City’s Privacy Policy (https://cullmanal.gov/privacy-policy/).

2. Description of Services

The City of Cullman provides residents and users with access to information, service requests, alerts, and communications through its website, mobile application (powered by CivicPlus/SeeClickFix), and SMS messaging.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from the City of Cullman. These messages may include service updates, alerts, responses to inquiries, and other municipal communications.

  • Residents may contact the City via SMS, and City staff may respond via SMS.
  • Message frequency varies depending on user activity and City communications.

4. Consent and Opt-In

SMS messages are only sent to users who have provided consent through the app, website, or other approved methods. Consent is not required to access other City services.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The City of Cullman is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile provider.
