1. Public comments for anyone not on the agenda limited to three minutes (groups must choose one representative).
2. A special event request from Melissa Jones of Mary Carter Store for a Stars and Stripes: 62 Years anniversary customer appreciation event at 104 4th Street SE from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3. A request from Cullman Gas USA, Inc., dba Mama’s Country Cooking located at 1577 County Road 715 for a “beer and wine off-premises” alcohol license, which received a favorable recommendation from the Alcohol Review Committee.
4. A request from Cullman Gas USA, Inc., dba Discount Package Store No. 2 located at 1577 County Road 715 Suite B for a “retail liquor (package store) off-premises” alcohol license, which does not meet the distance requirement from an existing licensed business as described in Sec. 4-36 of the Code of Ordinances.
5. A request from Cullman Gas USA, Inc., dba Discount Package Store No. 2 located at 1577 County Road 715 Suite B for a “specialty retailer of hemp consumable products” approval letter, which does not meet the distance requirement from an existing licensed business as described in Sec. 5-3 of the Code of Ordinances.
6. A request from Samu2017, Inc., dba Tiger Mart Package located at 6390 Alabama Highway NW for a “retail liquor (package store) off-premises” alcohol license, which does not meet the distance requirement from an existing licensed business in Sec. 4-36 of the Code of Ordinances.

1. Resolution No. 2026-113 to award bid for pipe for Logan Street SW CDBG Project to Ferguson Enterprises, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $367,738.49.

To refer to the City of Cullman Planning Commission – Ordinance No. 2026-43 to amend the zoning ordinance to prohibit any “new” detached single family housing in R-4 Residential and add the Design Quality Standards (DQS) which allow for: 1) slightly smaller lots in R-1, R-2, and R-3 Residential Districts if homes are built to the DQS, 2) single family attached (Townhomes) in R-1 and R-2 Residential if homes are built to the DQS.
