5. A special event request from Daniel Wyatt of CPRST to hold the annual Dinner on First in the Warehouse District on Friday, May 15 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
6. A special event request from Micah Means of CPRST to hold the annual Alabama Strawberry Festival in the Special Events District on Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25.

c. Approve a pay plan for Municipal Court.
