1. A special event request from Richard Browning to host a rally to honor those who fought for worker’s rights at Courthouse from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on September 1, 2025.

2. A special event request from Joyce Nix of St. Bernard to host the annual Bernard Blues & BBQ event on September 6-7, 2025.

3. A special event request from Richard Browning for a suicide prevention vigil at Depot Park from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on September 10, 2025.

4. A special event request from Jeff Harris to host the Second Friday Cruise-In Car Shows on First Avenue NE from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on September 12, October 10 and November 14.

3. Resolution No. 2025-71 to issue a certification of election to David Moss, Jr. for the office of City Council, Place 2.

13. Resolution No. 2025-81 to enter into a contract with St. John & Associates for engineering services to replace a primary water transmission pipeline.
