X. REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND OTHER
P1  1.  A special event request from Kalee Full of Wellstone for the Annual Oktoberfest 5k & 10k run on September 30th.

P2  2.  A special event request from Kayti Carroll of Father’s House Church for a Prayer Walk on October 8th near the Courthouse.

P3  3.  A special event request from Cullman Police Department for the Annual Trunk or Treat on October 31st.

P4  4.  A special event request from the Cullman Tree Commission for a Festival of Trees at the Cullman Wellness & Aquatics Center beginning with an open house on December 1st.  The decorated trees will be on display during the month of December.

P5  5.  A request from Todd Thompson of MTTR Engineers, Inc. to remove the contingency from the Planning Commission requiring Starbucks to remove the northwest exit drive.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
R1  1.  Resolution No. 2023-90 to award bid for road surface treatments to the lowest responsible bidder, Chilton Contractors, Inc.

R2  2.  Resolution No. 2023-91 to approve an employee certification program for the Building Department.

R3  3.  Resolution No. 2023-92 to assure one half of the financial obligations, in conjunction of the Cullman County Commission, of the sanitary landfill owned and operated by the Solid Waste Disposal Authority.
