P1  1.  A special event permit request from Robert Starcross to hold an individual protest with signs around 626 Olive Street SW on October 14th & 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.

P2  2.  A special event permit request from Anita Smith to hold a “Cullman Stands Up” rally against the negative influences on social media on October 22nd, 2022 in Depot Park from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

P3  3.  A special event permit request from Andy Palys of the Cullman County Wranglers to hold the annual “Jeepers Creepers” trunk or treat and canned food drive for Cullman Caring for Kids on October 29th, 2022 in Depot Park from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

P4  4.  A special event permit request from Stephanie Wood to hold a “Halloween Night” trick or treating event requiring the closing of 5th Avenue between 5th Street and 6th Street SE on October 31st, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
R1  1.  Resolution No. 2023-01 to proclaim October 19th, 2022 as “Support Your Local Chamber of Commerce” day.

R2  2.  Resolution No. 2023-02 to accept a $300,000 grant from ADECA for Recreational Trails at the Palomino RV Resort and to commit matching funds of $168,336.

R3  3.  Resolution No. 2023-03 to submit a grant application for CDBG funds to construct infrastructure improvements at the Cobblestone Hotel and Wissota Chophouse located at 1835 Main Avenue SW.

O4  4.  First reading of Ordinance No. 2023-01 to annex two properties owned by the City of Cullman located on Fairway Drive into the city limits of Cullman as AG-1 Agricultural District which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
