R1  1. Resolution No. 2024-62 to enter into a contract with Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood for engineering services related to the reconstruction of the apron at the Cullman Regional Airport.

R2  2. Resolution No. 2024-63 to enter into a contract with Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood for engineering services related to the site development for future hangars at the Cullman Regional Airport.

R3  3. Resolution No. 2024-64 to enter into an agreement with Terracon Consultants, Inc. to perform borings on Graham Street SW.

O4  4. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-18 to annex property located at 2100 Main Avenue SW into the City limits of Cullman as B-2 business district, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
