IX. PUBLIC HEARINGS
PH1 1. To hold a public hearing on May 9th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2022-16 to rezone property located east of King Edward Street SW and 3rd Ave SE from R-1 Residential District to R-4 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
X. REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND OTHER
P1 1. A special event request from Christy Turner of the Cullman Parks, Recreation and Sports Tourism to hold ‘Dinner on First’, a Farm to Table event in the Warehouse District on May 19, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.
P2 2. A special event request from Michael Lake of The Kingdom Center Church to hold a fundraising concert and worship event at 102 Main Avenue NW on May 22, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. until at 10:00 p.m.

R1 1. Resolution No. 2022-65 to appoint the officers of the City of Cullman.
R2 2. Resolution No. 2022-66 to issue a moratorium on Planned Unit Development (PUD).
R3 3. Resolution No. 2022-67 to authorize the application for matching state and federal funding for FY2023 airport improvement projects.
O4 4. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2022-16 to rezone property located east of King Edward Street SW and 3rd Ave SE from R-1 Residential District to R-4 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
