X.  PUBLIC HEARINGS
PH1  1.
To set a public hearing on July 11, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2022-20 to rezone Lot Nos. 465 and 466 located on Third Avenue SE from M-1 Manufacturing District to CBD Central Business District.

PH2  2. To set a public hearing on July 11, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2022-21 to rezone properties located on 8th Street NE to B-2 Business District.

XI.  REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND OTHER
P1  1. A special event request from Sheila Haynes to encourage citizens at the 2nd Friday event on June 10, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. to vote in the runoff election.

P2  2. A special event request from Tesha Brewer State Farm to hold a 100-year celebration on Fisher Street on June 18, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

P3  3. A special event request from Dr. Wilda Hameen of Law Mortuary to hold an annual scholarship fundraiser at 1742 Morning Drive NE on June 18, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

P4  4. A special event request from Sheila Haynes to hold a Jericho Walk at the courthouse on June 20, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., to encourage citizens to pray and vote in the runoff election.
