A special event permit from Julie Freeman of Friends of the Libraries of Cullman County, for a Spooktacular Storybook Sprint 5k and fun run on October 25, 2025.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
1.
  Resolution No. 2025-56 to issue a certification of election for Woody Jacobs for the office of  Mayor.

2.  Resolution No. 2025-57 to issue a certification of election for Paul Schaffer for the office of  City Council, Place 4.

3.  Resolution No. 2025-58 to issue a certification of election for David Wiggins for the office of School Board, Place 2.

4.  Resolution No. 2025-59 to approve change orders 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 29 for the OmniPlex Civic Center.

5.  Resolution No. 2025-60 to award bid for anaerobic digester maintenance project to the lowest responsible bidder, Synagro Technologies, in the budgeted amount of $423,750.

6.  Resolution No. 2025-61 to authorize the Mayor to enter into contract with Cullman City Board of Education for school security services.
