PH1  1.  To hold a public hearing for Ordinance No. 2023-14 to adopt the 2021 International Building Code including the companion codes, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

R1  1.  Resolution No. 2023-27 to award bid for brick pavers, materials and installation on 3rd Ave SE, and 5th St SE to Bright Landscapes, LLC in the amount of $21,850.

R2  2.  Resolution No. 2023-28 to award CDBG grant application preparation and administration services through FY 2025 to Community Consultants, Inc.

R3  3.  Resolution No. 2023-29 to award federal grant application, engineering development and design through FY 2025 to St. John and Associates.
