IX. PUBLIC HEARINGS
The public hearing for Ordinance No. 2024-08 to rezone Blue Hole, LLC property located on US Highway 278 West from AG-2 to AG-1, has been rescheduled for January 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.

X. REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND OTHER

P1 1. A special event request from Kari Driver of Cullman Christian School for a 5k run at Depot Park on March 30, 2024.

P2 2. A request from Lin Garden Buffet, Inc, 1848 Patriot Way SW, for a restaurant alcohol license which received a favorable recommendation from the Alcohol Review Committee.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS

R1 1. Resolution No. 2024-29 to accept a grant from Appalachian Regional Council (ARC) for a Cullman Downtown Revitalization Project (Depot Park expansion).

R2 2. Resolution No. 2024-30 to surplus inventory not needed by the City for public or municipal purposes.

R3 3. Resolution No. 2024-31 to amend the shift differential policy for the Police Department (total of 17 positions).

O4 4. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-04 to rezone Copper Horse Properties, LLC property located at Logan Street SW and Veigl Avenue SW from R-3 to R-4 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O5 5. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-09 to vacate a storm sewer easement located at 1502 Warnke Road NW.

O6 6. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-10 to update the building permit fee schedule for the Building Department.

O7 7. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-11 to abolish and re-create the Downtown Review Board, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O8 8. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-12 for the preserving downtown aesthetics of the City of Cullman within CBD District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
