Inside Lavish Boutique in Cullman’s Warehouse District, shoppers are sure to
find beautiful clothes and accessories, sweet fragrances and perhaps some divine
inspiration. Near the back of the boutique hangs a simple, yet heartwarming prayer
wall where people can take or leave prayer requests. As the Covid-19 situation
continues, the prayer wall is a great example of why Cullman is one of the best
communities in Alabama.

Lavish Boutique owner, Shannon Beaty, explains,
“Lavish prayer wall exists to allow our customers to leave their burdens,
worries and problems knowing they have a group of ladies praying over these
requests standing in faith believing God will answer their prayers according to
his will. It is not only a place to leave a prayer, but if led to do so, you
can take a prayer to pray for someone else.”

Tonya Cox, manager of the boutique, wants everyone to
know that everyone is welcome to come in and visit the prayer wall.“We have
seen ladies come back here and just pray over this wall.”

Cox said that the prayer wall demonstrates the
foundation of Lavish Boutique. She read a statement from Beaty that said,
“Lavish is more than a boutique selling beautiful clothing. It’s a place that
is built on the foundation of God! He has given us a platform to share his
love, grace and mercy. We are connecting with women building relationships that
have us standing in the middle of the store sharing victories, life stories and
also praying with our customers when they need it.”

Lavish is currently remaining open. Cox is
continuously sanitizing the boutique and she is keeping her distance from
customers while still helping them.

“We are still open. We do curbside service; we shop
via facetime and we email pictures or email pictures. We just do whatever the
customer feels comfortable doing.”

Lavish Boutique is open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and is located at 105 1st Ave NE Suite B in Cullman. Visit their website at or call  256-615- 1034.
