- Airport | Prop Diner: Airport
: We are open, but we have removed all seating from the terminal. We ask that you not remain in the terminal too long. We will still be able to fuel aircraft from the trucks, but will try and limit contact as much as possible. For Piston Engine Customers: Please use Self-Serve as much as possible. We only have self-serve AVGAS. For the JET A customers: We will fuel you from the truck. Diner
: The restaurant is closed and will be until further notice.
- Building Permits: We are open, but adhering to all social-distancing measures and sanitary guidelines. Call 256-775-7203 for more information.
- City Clerk Office We are open, but adhering to all social-distancing measures and sanitary guidelines.
- Fire Rescue Services
: If you have an emergency, CALL 9-1-1. Services will not be affected. At this time, we are not doing blood pressure checks or car seat installations. We do not have masks, gloves, or thermometers to distribute. We are available by phone and email.
- Human Resources/Personnel: View job openings and/or apply for employment HERE. Paper applications and a drop box are located in the back hallway of City Hall. Place completed paper applications in the Drop Box provided. We are open, but adhering to all social-distancing measures and sanitary guidelines.
- Mayor’s Office: We are open, but adhering to all social-distancing measures and sanitary guidelines.
- Municipal Court – We are open, but adhering to all social-distancing measures and sanitary guidelines.
- Alternate Payment Options:
- Payments may be made over the phone using a credit or debit card by calling (256)775-7136. Credit and debit card payments will not be accepted after 3:30p.m. There is no additional fee for this payment option.
- Payments may be mailed to Cullman Municipal Court, P.O. BOX 278, Cullman, AL 35056. Please be sure to include the defendant’s name and case number, if possible. Only personal checks, certified checks, and money orders should be sent through the mail. If you would like a receipt, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.
- All other payments may be made at the Cullman Municipal Court office located at 204 2nd Avenue NE, Cullman, AL 35055.

- Museum
: We are open, but adhering to all social-distancing measures and sanitary guidelines.
- Parks & Recreation
: Some facilities are open, but contact Cullman Parks, Recreation, & Sports Tourism for more detailed information.
- Police
: We are open, but adhering to all social-distancing measures and sanitary guidelines. If you have an emergency, CALL 9-1-1. Police services are not affected.
- Sanitation/Recycling: We are open, but adhering to all social-distancing measures and sanitary guidelines.Sanitation & Brush Collection: We are currently running regular garbage and brush collection routes. Please bag your garbage, to lessen the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Recycling: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the drop-off location for the recyclables collected by the City of Cullman has temporarily stopped taking materials. Therefore, the City of Cullman will temporarily discontinue our recycling program. We look forward to restarting the recycling program once we get through this trying time.

United Way of Cullman County : Has established a COVID-19 Community Relief Fund to generate resources for Cullman County. Donors can give: On United Way web page (uwaycc.org) or by mail (PO Box 116 Cullman AL 35056). This will assist the community in three areas: (1) Provide funding to support local food pantries and feed programs. (2) Provide emergency assistance. (3) Fund distressed non profits. Current network partners include but are not limited to:

- Meals to home-bound seniors through Commission on Aging
