P1 1. A request from Shannon Witcher for a special event permit to hold a Trunk or Treat in the Warehouse District for Grace Chapel on October 26th, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
P2 2. A request from Johnann Moore for a special event permit to hold a family friendly Block Party in the Warehouse District to celebrate the one year anniversary of Mae’s Food Hall on October 26th, 2018 and October 27th, 2018.

R2 2. Resolution No. 2019-11 to enter into a professional services contract with KPS Group, Inc. for the development of subdivision regulations, neighborhood development regulations, and zoning ordinances.
R3 3. Resolution No. 2019-12 to hold a special called Cullman City Council Meeting on November 2nd, 2018 at Noon.
