VIII. PUBLIC HEARINGS

H1 1.  To hold a public hearing for Ordinance No. 2019-23 to rezone property located at 213 Main Avenue NW from R-4 Residential District to CBD Central Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Planning Commission.

H2   1.  To hold a public hearing for Ordinance No. 2019-24 to rezone property located on John H. Cooper Drive SE from M-1 Manufacturing District to B-2 Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Planning Commission.

IX. REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND OTHER

P1   1.  A special event request from Sarah Walker of American Heart Association to hold a fundraiser in Depot Park on November 16, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

P2   2.  A request from WWTP Superintendent Jeff Adams to purchase a Grizzly OHV Smart Flow Bug Sprayer from Clarke in the budgeted amount not to exceed $11,000.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS

R1   1 Resolution No. 2019 – 72 to award the bid for the furnishing and laying of hot mix to the lowest responsible bidder, Good Hope Contracting, Inc.

R2   2.  Resolution No. 2019 – 73 to award the bid for hot mix and cold mix to the lowest responsible bidder, Good Hope Contracting, Inc.

R3   3.  Resolution No. 2019 – 74 to award the bid for the milling of existing pavement to the lowest responsible bidder, Kelly Construction, Inc.

R4   4.  Resolution No. 2019 – 75 to enter into an agreement with the State of Alabama through ALDOT for an industrial access road from County Road 222 to NAFCO.

O5   5.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-23 to rezone property located at 213 Main Avenue NW from R-4 Residential District to CBD Central Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Planning Commission.

O7   7.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-25 to annex property owned by Minuteman Construction, Inc. into the city limits of Cullman as R-2 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Planning Commission.

O8   8.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-26 to annex property owned by Del Bales into the city limits of Cullman as R-1 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Planning Commission.
