2. A special event request from Amanda Garrison of Sonic Drive In for a drive-in car show on Compass Way SW on October 3rd from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
3. A special event request from Rebekah Mickle of Cullman First Baptist Church for a Hot Dogs and Handlebars preschool family fellowship event on 3rd Avenue SW on October 5th from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER
1. Resolution No. 2025-85 to provide matching funds in the amount of $500,000 for the Land and Water Conservation Fund grant for major recreational improvements to East Side “Lions Club” Park.
2. Resolution No. 2025-86 to waive the inflation adjustment and not increase the water, sewer, and sanitation rates for residential customers located in the City of Cullman.
3. Resolution No. 2025-87 to approve a policy for a specialist incentive.
4. Resolution No. 2025-88 to apply for federal and state matching funds for the Cullman Regional Airport.
5. Resolution No. 2025-89 to enter into an agreement with Schoel Engineering Co., Inc. for professional surveying services.
6. Resolution No. 2025-90 to award bid for a pickup truck to the lowest responsible bidder, Bill Smith GMC, in the amount of $50,457.50.
7. Resolution No. 2025-91 to award the bid for the installation of a Lazy River at Wildwater Waterpark to the lowest responsible bidder, Aqua Design Systems, Inc., in the amount of $5,751,907.00.
8. Resolution No. 2025-92 to ratifiy an agreement with Volkert Engineering for a transportation master plan.
9. Resolution No. 2025-93 to adopt the fiscal year 2026 budget beginning on October 1, 2025.
10. Resolution No. 2025-94 to adopt the employee pay matrixes, job descriptions, and job classifications.
11. Resolution No. 2025-95 to adopt the position control for the fiscal year 2026.
12. Resolution No. 2025-96 to enter into community service contracts for fiscal year 2026.
13. Resolution No. 2025-97 to continue the support of the capital improvement plan of the Cullman City Schools.
