Resolution No. 2021-139 to adopt a transportation plan pursuant to Rebuild Alabama Act.

R2  2.  Resolution No. 2021-140 to approve a tax abatement for Royal Technologies expansion in the amount of $2,500,000.

R3  3.  Resolution No. 2021-141 to approve a tax abatement for Project Connect with a capital investment of $49,000,000.

O4  4.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-45 to annex 1816 Childhaven Road NE into the city limits as AG-1 Agriculture District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O5  5.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-46 to annex 155 County Road 497 and 173 County Road 497 into the city limits as R-3 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O6  6.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-47 to annex 100 County Road 497 into the city limits as R-1 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O7  7.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-48 to annex 160 Golf Course Road SW into the city limits as R-1 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O8  8.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-49 to annex 550 County Road 1467 and 471 County Road 1466 into the city limits as R-1 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O9  9.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-50 to annex 1605 County Road 1339 into the city limits as R-1 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O10  10.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-51 to establish a central dispatch telecommunications center for the City of Cullman.

R11  11.  Resolution No. 2021-142 to approve Change Order No. 1 for Aquatic Development Group for additional and improved features at the “Wild Water” Waterpark including but not limited to a larger wave pool.
