To set the public hearing on October 24, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2022-31 to amend the definitions in the zoning ordinance.

X.  REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND OTHER
P1  1.  A special event request from the Chamber of Commerce for a Parade for Charity on October 30, 2022 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm.

P2  2.  A special event request from Rickey Foster, Jr. for a concert in Depot Park on October 8, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
R1  1.  Resolution No. 2022 -109 to award the bid for a bucket truck for the traffic department to Cullman Sales and Service, LLC in the amount of $79,499.

R2  2.  Resolution No. 2022 -110 to authorize the Mayor to purchase land for economic and industrial purposes.

R3  3.  Resolution No. 2022 -111 to reject all bids for the Cullman Civic Center Complex (exceeds the project budget).

O4  4.  First reading of Ordinance No. 2022-30 to annex property located 1742 Lake David Drive NW as R-1 residential district, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
