R1  1. 
Resolution No. 2022-03 to enter into an agreement with MXI Environmental Services, LLC for the disposal of household hazardous waste materials.

R2  2.  Resolution No. 2022-04 enter into contract with St. John & Associates for Streetscape Improvements on Second Avenue NE from Arnold Street to Clark Street.

R3  3.  Resolution No. 2022-05 to enter into a contract with St. John & Associates for engineering services for the sewer collection improvements program for screen refurbishment at the South Pump Station.

R4  4.  Resolution No. 2022-06 to amend the professional services contract with Cohen, Carnaggio, & Reynolds, Inc. due to an increased scope of work for the Civic Center Complex project.

R5  5. Resolution No. 2022-07 to award bid for a crew cab flatbed truck to Eckenrod Ford in the amount of $43,503.00.

R6  6.  Resolution No. 2022-08 to award bid for black and gray pipe to Bear Concrete Products, the lowest responsible bidder.

R7  7.  Resolution No. 2022-09 to amend the Cullman Fire and Rescue FLSA Work Cycle Policy.

O8  8.  Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-52 to rezone property owned by Shelby Hankey located at 101 Main Avenue from R-4 Residential District to CBD Central Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O9  9.  Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2022-01 to annex property owned by Sherry Rutherford located at 1240 County Road 1422 as R-1 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O10  10.  Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2022-02 to annex properties owned by G.A.P. Properties, LLC., located on County Road 770 as R-4 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
