  To hold a public hearing for Ordinance No. 2021-52 to rezone 101 Main Avenue from R-4 Residential District to CBD Central Business District.

P1  1.  A special event request from Nathaniel Hutchinson of the Cullman Moose Lodge for their annual turkey shoots every Saturday in November and December.

P2  1.  A special event request from Jake Smith for a Halloween Cruise-In and Trunk or Treat in the parking lot of Depot Park on October 30th, 2021 from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

Resolution No. 2022-01 to recognize October as Dyslexia Awareness Month.

O2  2.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-52 to rezone property owned by Shelby Hankey located at 101 Main Avenue from R-4 Residential District to CBD Central Business District which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O3  3.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2022-01 to annex property owned by Sherry Rutherford located at 1240 County Road 1422 as R-1 Residential District which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O4  4.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2022-02 to annex properties owned by G.A.P. Properties, LLC., located on County Road 770 as R-4 Residential District which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

R5  5.  Resolution No. 2022-02 to apply for a Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Grant for the Palomino RV Resort.
