IX. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. 
To hold a public hearing for Ordinance 2024-03 to rezone N31, LLC property located at US Highway 31 and US Highway 157 to rezone properties from B-3 and M-1 to R-4 which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

X. REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND OTHER
P1  1.  A request from 1 Stop Food & Fuel, of 1617 4th Street SW, for a retail table wine and beer off-premises alcohol license which received a favorable recommendation from the Alcohol Review Committee.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
R1  1.  Resolution No. 2024-11 to extend the annual pipe bid with Bear Concrete Products until November 30, 2024.

R2  2.  Resolution No. 2024-12 to accept ALDOT TAP grant funds of $800,000 for streetscape improvements along portions of 4th Ave SW and 4th St. SW.

R3  3.  Resolution No. 2024-13 to enter into an agreement with ALDOT for sidewalks and streetscape improvements on 4th Ave SW and 4th St SW.

R4  4.  Resolution No. 2024-14 to approve change orders no. 1 and no. 2 for Jim Cooper Construction Company, Inc. for the OmniPlex Civic Center.

R5  5.  Resolution No. 2024-15 to enter into a lease agreement for a building located at 3040 County Road 703.

R6  6.  Resolution No. 2024-16 to authorize the mayor to enter into a Recovered Resource Revenue Agreement with the Solid Waste Disposal Authority of the City and County of Alabama.
