P1 1A request from Christy Turner for a special event permit to hold a Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting Ceremony, and Christmas Concert in the Downtown Area and Depot Park on November 30th, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

P2 2A request from Rock N Roll Sushi located at 1900 Market Platz SW for a restaurant alcohol license subject to compliance with all state and municipal requirements.

P3   3A request from Cullman Bowling Center located at 1710 Talleyho Street NW for a restaurant alcohol license subject to compliance with all state and municipal requirements.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS

R1   1Resolution No. 2019-17 to award the bid for the F-650 Super Duty Work Truck to the lowest responsible bidder, Hays & Son Oil Company, Inc., in the amount of $51,000.00.

R2   2Resolution No. 2019-18 to award the bid for the 2019 7-Passenger SUV to the lowest responsible bidder, Mitch Smith Chevrolet, Inc., in the amount of $60,674.30.

R3   3Resolution No. 2019-19 to award the bid for the Portable Trailer Mounted Trash Pump to the lowest responsible bidder, Hydro Service and Supplies, Inc., in the amount of $45,750.00.

R4   4Resolution No. 2019-20 to award the bid for the Downtown Streetscape Phase V to the lowest responsible bidder, Powe General Contracting, LLC, in the amount of $359,036.25.
