P1 1. A request from Cracker Barrel Old Country Store #51 located at 6020 AL Highway 157 for a restaurant alcohol license which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Alcohol Review Committee.

R1 1. Resolution No. 2021 – 43 to award the bid for one or more work trucks to Mitch Smith Chevrolet, the lowest responsible bidder, in the budgeted amount not to exceed $31,381.50 per truck.
R2 2. Resolution No. 2021 – 44 to enter into a professional services contract with GovtPortal, Inc. for merchant and electronic payment services at no cost to the City of Cullman.
R3 3. Resolution No. 2021 – 45 to set terms and appointment for the City of Cullman Planning Commission.
