O1 1. Ordinance No. 2019-11 to rezone 10 acres located on Main Avenue SW and Morningside Drive SW from R-2 Residential District to R-4 Residential District which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Planning Commission.
Legal Description of Property
Commencing at a point 670 feet North of Southwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 10, Range 3 West, thence running North 330 feet, thence East 1322 ½ feet, more or less, to the Bremen Pike, thence South 330 feet and thence West 1322 ½ feet, more or less, to the point of commencement, containing 10 acres, more or less. Situated, lying and being in Cullman County, State of Alabama.
O2 2. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-14 to authorize the Mayor to resolve claims against the City of Cullman, Alabama.
R3 3. Resolution No. 2019-56 to award the bid for the Midtown Sewer Project to the lowest responsible bidder, Manning Construction, LLC, in the amount of $984,561.
R4 4. Resolution No. 2019-57 to renew the City of Cullman’s insurance and workers compensation with Smith-Gray Insurance Agency.
R5 5. Resolution No. 2019-58 to enter into an agreement with the State of Alabama for traffic signal and roadway improvements at the intersection of Highway 31 and Olive Street SW with a local match of $190,000.
O6 6. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-16 to annex property owned by Nathan Brock located at 536 County Road 1324 into the city limits of Cullman, Alabama as R-1 Residential District.
