PH1 1. To set a public hearing on April 17, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2023-19 to amend the uses permitted in non-residential districts of the zoning ordinance, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

P1 1. A special event request from Juliane Phillips for Kaleb’s 5k Run/Walk starting at 8:00am in Depot Park on April 8, 2023.

P2 2. A special event request from Tommy and Terry Waldrop for ERA Waldrop Real Estate Customer Appreciation at the Festhalle from 2:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on May 19, 2023.

R1 1. Resolution No. 2023-33 to enter into an agreement with Priority Dispatch for a comprehensive dispatch system.

R2 2. Resolution No. 2023-34 to enter into an agreement with Civic Plus for codification of municipal ordinances.

R3 3. Resolution No. 2023-35 to enter into an agreement with Avenu for license and tax recovery and discovery services.

R4 4. Resolution No. 2023-36 to enter into an agreement with Avenu for auxiliary license and tax auditing services.

R5 5. Resolution No. 2023-37 to adopt the 2023 MWPP (Municipal Water Pollution Prevention) resolution.
