IX. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. To set a public hearing on April 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance 2025-09 to rezone the Coots property located on Marie Street NW from R-3 to R-4 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

2. To hold a public hearing on Resolution No. 2025-27 to assess the cost of demolishing and removing a dangerous structure at 1509 Bower Drive SE.

X. REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, APPEALS AND OTHER
1. A special event request from City Clerk Wes Moore to hold the State Track Meet at Cullman High School beginning on May 1, 2025, and ending on May 3, 2025.

2. A special event request from Joyce Nix of St. Bernard for the annual Bloomin’ Festival on April 5-6, 2025.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
1. Resolution No. 2025-27 to assess the cost of demolishing and removing a dangerous structure at 1509 Bower Drive SE.

2. Resolution No. 2025-28 to award bid for a pickup truck to the lowest responsible bidder, Bill Smith GMC, in the amount of $50,457.50.

3. Board Appointments:

4. Resolution No. 2025-29 to approve change orders 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 to Jim Cooper Construction for upgrades and improvements at the Omniplex Civic Center increasing the cost by $47,931.23.

5. Resolution No. 2025-30 to enter into a professional engineering contract with Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood for general aviation apron reconstruction at the Cullman Regional Airport.

6. Resolution No. 2025-31 to enter into a professional engineering contract with Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood for midfield development construction reconstruction at the Cullman Regional Airport.

7. Resolution No. 2025-32 to authorize the Mayor to purchase easements adjacent to the Cullman Regional Airport for their fair market value.
