X. PUBLIC HEARINGS
PH1  1.  To set a public hearing on April 13th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2020-23 to rezone property located in the Windbrook Subdivision from R-1 Residential District to R-2 Residential District.

XI. REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND OTHER
P1 1.  A special event request from Christy Turner of Cullman City Parks and Recreation to hold the annual Strawberry festival in the Downtown Special Events District on May 1st, 2020 and May 2nd, 2020.

XII. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINES
O1  1.  Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-11 to establish the Arts District in the City of Cullman, Alabama.

O2  2.  Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-16 to adopt a new City of Cullman Zoning Ordinance.

O3  3.  Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-17 to approve the 2020 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday. 

O4  4.  Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-18 to amend Ordinance No. 2015-32 to clarify Section 6 related to recreational activities being only allowed in designated areas which must be approved by the Police Chief.  This ordinance received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Alcohol Review Committee.

O5  5.  Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-19 to adopt the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance.

O6  6.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-20 to annex the Rice property located on County Road 1335 as R-1 Residential District.

O7  7.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-21 to annex a portion of the Windbrook Subdivision as R-2 Residential District.

O8  8. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-22 to annex property located on County Road 490 (Golf Course Road) as R-2 Residential District.

R9  9. Resolution No. 2020-65 to appoint Zac Wood as Director of Cullman City Parks and Recreation.

O13  13. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-23 to authorize a third supplemental water supply agreement with the Utilities Board

R14  14. Resolution No. 2020-68 to enter into a cooperative maintenance agreement with ALDOT to maintain the rights-of-ways.

R15  15. Resolution No. 2020-69 to enter into an agreement with ALDOT for the traffic lights on the Highway 157 project.

R16  16. Resolution No. 2020-70 to enter into an agreement with ALDOT on the Highway 157 project.

R17  17. Resolution No. 2020-71 to declare emergency conditions for the City of Cullman due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
