XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
R1  1. Resolution No. 2022-75 to change the Cullman City Council Meeting from July 11th to July 7th. (The public hearings on Ordinance No. 2022-20 to rezone lots on Third Avenue SE to CBD; and Ordinance No. 2022-21 to rezone lots on 8th Street NE to B2 district.).

R2  2. Resolution No. 2022-76 to award the bid for the Cullman Primary School Access Driveway to the lowest responsible bidder, Site Masters Construction, Inc., in the amount of $946,075.34.         

R3  3. Resolution No. 2022-77 to enter into an agreement with the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce to promote tourism in Cullman.

R4  4. Resolution No. 2022-78 to award the bid for resurfacing treatment to the lowest responsible bidder, Wiregrass Construction Co., Inc.

O5  5. Ordinance No. 2022-20 to amend the requirements of streets in subdivisions in the City of Cullman.

O6  6. Ordinance No. 2022-21 to amend the pyrotechnics definition in the Code of Ordinances.

        7. Board Appointments:

R8  8. Resolution No. 2022-79 to apply for a fiscal year 2023 TAP grant for handicapped accessible sidewalks along 4th Avenue SW from Highway 278 to 4th Street SW and along 4th Street SW to the intersection of 5th Avenue SW.

R9  9. Resolution No. 2022-80 to amend the airport by-laws to stagger the terms of the airport board members.
