1. To hold a public hearing on June 24th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for Resolution No. 2019 – 59 to vacate and surplus Marline Drive SE.

2. To hold a public hearing on June 24th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2019 – 15 to vacate and surplus a utility easement on Lincoln Avenue SW and 4th Street SW (Highway 278).

3. To set a public hearing on July 22nd, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2019 – 21 to amend the City of Cullman Subdivision Ordinance No. 2018 – 34

IX. REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND OTHER

P1 1.  A special event request from Jim Cain of Diablo’s Southwest Grill to hold Carnival Days on June 29th, 2019 and June 30th, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. in their parking lot located at 1302 Second Avenue SW.

P2   2.  A special event request from Jennifer Jacobs of Grumpy’s Italian Grill to hold a fundraiser on July 20th, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. in their parking lot located at 402 5th Street SW.

P3   3.  A special event request from Mike Binkley of Choice Rentals to hold a fundraiser for Curt’s Closet on July 27th, 2019 from Noon until 5:00 p.m. in the South Cullman Shopping Center.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS

R1   1 Resolution No. 2019 – 59 to vacate and surplus Marline Drive SE which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Planning Commission.

O2   2.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2019 – 15 to vacate and surplus a utility easement on Lincoln Avenue SW and 4th Street SW (Highway 278) which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Planning Commission.

O3   3.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2019 – 20 to annex property owned by Jason and Sunny Dyke located on 70 County Road 1322 as R-1 Residential District which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Planning Commission.

R4   4.  Resolution No. 2019 – 64 to enter into a maintenance agreement with the State of Alabama through ALDOT on the traffic signal at Olive Street SW and Highway 31.

R5   5.  Resolution No. 2019 – 65 to enter into an agreement with the State of Alabama through ALDOT on bridge replacement on Convent Road NE over Eight Mile Creek (Larkwood Bridge).

R6   6.  Resolution No. 2019 – 66 to award the bid in the amount of $1,244,913.87 for North Taxiway Reconstruction Phase III to lowest responsible bidder, Carcel & G Construction, LLC.

R7   7.  Resolution No. 2019 – 67 to award the bid for various types of concrete to the lowest responsible bidder, DCA Ready Mix USA, LLC.
