1. A special event permit from BreeAna Nelson of Desperation Church to host a family night event on July 23, 2025 from 4:00 pm until 8:30 pm at Depot Park.
2. A special event permit from Tommy Warhurst of Good Samaritan Health Clinic to host a Caring for Cullman Health and Wellness Fun Day on September 13, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 pm at 118 Veterans Drive SW.
3. A special event permit from Taylor Johnson of United Way of Cullman County to host a pickleball tournament on October 4, 2025 beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Ingle Park.
XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
1. Resolution No. 2025-52 to enter into contract with St. John & Associates for sanitary sewer collection system improvements.
2. Resolution No. 2025- 53 to update the policy for Police Traffic Homicide Investigators.
3. Resolution No. 2024-54 to apply for state and federal funds for airport improvement projects for Cullman Regional Airport for FY 2026.
4. Resolution No. 2024-55 to approve the airport hangar local match for ARC Appalachian Regional Commission grant funding requirement in the amount of $734,760.
5. Second reading of Ordinance No. 2025-11 to rezone the Nguyen & Ha property located on Miller Street from R-2 to B-2 Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
6. Second reading of Ordinance No. 2025-12 to rezone the Industrial Development Board property located at Hwy 69 and Hwy 157 from M-1 to B-2 Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
