IX. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. To hold a public hearing on June 2, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance 2025-11 to rezone the Nguyen & Ha property located on Miller Street from R-2 to B-2 Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

2. To hold a public hearing on June 2, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance 2025-12 to rezone the Industrial Development Board property located at Hwy 69 and Hwy 157 from M-1 to B-2 Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

X. REQUESTS, PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, APPEALS AND OTHER
1. To approve a special event permit request from Amber Thornton of the Cullman County Public Library for a Summer Reading Kickoff Block Party on Clark Street from noon until 2:00 p.m. on June 10, 2025.

XI. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
1. Resolution No. 2025-51 to apply for Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) funds for renovation to develop the Cullman Community Theater.

2. First reading of Ordinance 2025-11 to rezone the Nguyen & Ha property located on Miller Street from R-2 to B-2 Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

3. First reading of Ordinance 2025-12 to rezone the Industrial Development Board property located at Hwy 69 and Hwy 157 from M-1 to B-2 Business District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

4. First Reading of Ordinance 2025-13 to authorize the issuance of a general obligation warrant in the amount of $5,515,000 through the State Revolving Loan Fund for improvements to our sanitary sewer system.
