PH1 1. To hold a public hearing. for Ordinance No. 2024-20 to amend the sidewalk regulations in the city limits of Cullman, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

R1 1. Resolution No. 2024-74 to the award bid for a large shade structure in Depot Park to Great Southern Recreation in the budgeted amount not to exceed $335,988.
R2 2. Resolution No. 2024-75 to award the bid for landscaping and irrigation at Depot Park to Bright Landscapes, LLC in the budgeted amount not to exceed $191,860.
R3 3. Resolution No. 2024-76 to award the bid for landscaping and irrigation at the new Omniplex (Civic Center) to Bright Landscapes, LLC in the budgeted amount not to exceed $366,140.
R4 4. Resolution No. 2024-77 to apply for a CDBG grant for improvements at Logan Street SW.
O5 5. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-19 to rezone property owned by Mary Elrod located at 309 Olive Street SW from R-1 to B-2, which received a favorable recommendation from the Cullman Planning Commission.
O6 6. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-20 to amend the sidewalk regulations in the city limits of Cullman, which received a favorable recommendation from the Cullman Planning Commission.
O7 7. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-21 to annex property owned by Pioneer Land Acquisitions on County Road 770 into the city limits of Cullman as R-4 Residential District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
