X.  PUBLIC HEARINGS
1.
To set a public hearing on August 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2021-41 to amend Zoning Ordinance 2021-20 to decrease parking spaces from 20 feet in length to 18 feet in length.

2. To set a public hearing on August 23, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2021-42 to vacate an unimproved right of way behind 605 St. Joseph Drive NW.

R4  4. Resolution No. 2021-116 to award bid for various types of rock to Blount Springs Materials Co., Inc.
