R1. Resolution No. 2025-15 to enter into agreement with ALDOT for maintain a sidewalk along Hwy 157.
R2. Resolution No. 2025-16 to approve a letter of support and matching funds to Cullman County Library.
R3. Resolution No. 2025-17 to award bid for full reclamation on Graham Street to Chilton Contractors, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $218,195.65.
R4. Resolution No. 2025-18 to award bid for demolition of structure located at 1509 Bower Drive SE to Michael’s Tree Service, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $18,750.00.
R5. Resolution No. 2025-19 to award bid for water materials for 4th Ave SW project to Ferguson Waterworks, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $113,337.75.
R6. Resolution No. 2025-20 to award bid for a track type crawler carrier to Cowin Equipment Company, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $149,233.00.
O7. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-06 to annex Darryl Howard property located on Sharpton Road as R-4 District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
O8. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-07 to annex N31, LLC property located on US Hwy 31 N as R-4 District, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
