IX. PUBLIC HEARINGS
PH1 1. To hold a public hearing for Ordinance No. 2023-09 to rezone Lot 2 of Bark-ley Plumbing Contractors property located on the corner of Bolte Road and Old Hanceville Highway from M-2 Manufacturing to B-2 Business District which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.
PH2 2. To set a public hearing on February 13th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for Resolution No. 2023-17 for the vacation and surplus of a portion of Twelfth Way NW and Twelfth Street NW which is no longer needed for public or municipal purposes.

P1 1. A special event request from Joyce Nix of St. Bernard School for the annual Bloomin’ Festival held at St. Bernard Preparatory School on April 22 – 23, 2023.

R1 1. Resolution No. 2023-12 to adopt a new Cullman City Council Meeting schedule for CY2023.
R2 2. Resolution No. 2023-13 to award bid to paint the museum to the lowest responsible bidder, Serrano Painting.
R3 3. Resolution No. 2023-14 to award bid to Powe General Contracting LLC for Streetscape Improvements along Second Avenue NE from Arnold Street to Clark Street NE.
R4 4. Resolution No. 2023-15 to enter into a contract with Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood for FY2023 FAA Airport Terminal Apron Rehabilitation.
R5 5. Resolution No. 2023-16 to enter into a contract with Cohen, Carnaggio and Reynolds for supplemental design on the Cullman Civic Complex.
