P1  1.  A special event request from Emily Trahan of St. Paul’s Lutheran School to hold a flea market fundraiser from 8:00 am until Noon on Saturday, March 20, 2021.

P2  2.  A special event request from Steve Smith of Cullman High School Softball Boosters, Inc. to hold a 10k run fundraiser from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 27th, 2021.

XII. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
R1  1. 
Resolution No. 2021-63 to approve change order no. 1 to Coston General Contractors, Inc. for improvements to Nesmith Park decreasing the total cost of the project by $59,000 and improving the structural integrity of the ballfield fence.

R2  2.  Resolution No. 2021-64 to authorize the Mayor to enter into an intergovernmental contract to receive wastewater from the City of Good Hope.

R3  3.  Resolution No. 2021-65 to approve capital projects for the Cullman Regional Airport: reconstruction of the 100 foot runway, replacement of the automated weather observation station, construction of three new hangars, and the acquisition of aviation easements and land.  

R4  4.  Resolution No. 2021-66 to approve the reimbursement of expenditures for capital improvements with future bond proceeds.

R6  6.  Resolution No. 2021-67 to apply for a Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Grant for the Burrow Hamilton Farm.

R7  7.  Resolution No. 2021-68 to apply for an Alabama Recycling Fund (ARF) Grant for improving Cullman’s local recycling program.
