IX.  PUBLIC HEARINGS
PH1  1.  To set a public hearing on January 9, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2023-09 to rezone Lot 2 of Bark-ley Plumbing Contractors property located on the corner of Bolte Road and Old Hanceville Highway from M-2 Manufacturing to B-2 Business District.

P1  1. A special event request from Philip Frappaolo of Sacred Heart Church for the annual Our Lady of Guadalupe parade on from St. Bernard Abbey to Sacred Heart School on December 10, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
