IX. PUBLIC HEARINGS
PH1 1. To hold public hearing on August 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2023-29 to amend, modify or delete portions of the City of Cullman Zoning ordinance, which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

PH2 2. To set a public hearing on September 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2023-33 to rezone Alumni Properties of Alabama, LLC property located at Cherokee Ave and Swafford Road SW from B-1 to B-2.

PH3 3. To set public hearing on September 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance No. 2023-35 to expand the Special Events and Art Districts in the City of Cullman.

R1 1. Resolution No. 2023-61 to apply for state and federal matching funds for airport improvement projects for fiscal year 2024.

R2 2. Resolution No. 2023-62 to enter into agreement with ALDOT for storm drain maintenance at Highway 69 and Swafford Road.

R3 3. Resolution No. 2023-63 to award the bid for landscaping and irrigation at Depot Park to Bright Landscapes, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $89,718.

R4 4. Resolution No. 2023-64 to apply for a USDOT grant to replace the St. Bernard bridge and to widen U.S. Highway 278 from Alabama Highway 69 from 4th Avenue with MPDG (Multimodal Project Discretionary Grant) Opportunity Funds.

R5 5. Resolution No. 2023-65 65 to award the bid for the ADECA Recreational Trails Program (RTP) trail lighting at the Palomino RV Resort Trail to K&M Electrical Contractors, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $45,900.

O6 6. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2023-29 to amend, modify or delete portions of the City of Cullman Zoning ordinance, which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Alcohol Review Committee.

O7 7. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2023-30 to amend, modify or delete the definitions City of Cullman Alcohol Ordinance, which received a favorable recommendation from the City of Cullman Alcohol Review Committee.

O8 8. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2023-31 to annex the Tekulve property at 595 County Road 1413 as R-1 Residential District.

O9 9. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2023-32 to annex Cullman Regional Medical Center property located 5788 Alabama Highway 157 as B-2 Business District.
