1.  To hold public hearing to amend Zoning Ordinance 2021-41 to modify parking space requirements from 20 feet in length to 18 feet in length.

  A special event request from Zac Lee for Good Samaritan Health Clinic for a Health Awareness Block Party at the Housing Authority on September 18, 2021 from 10:00 am until 2:00 p.m.

XII. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
R1  1. 
Resolution No. 2021-122 to approve a 772 Amendment with Rock the South, LLC.

R2  2.  Resolution No. 2021-123 to approve Change Order No. 2122- CO1 to ProSlide Technology, Inc. in the amount of $134,300 for change in materials for the tower on Complex 1 and the addition of two lanes to upgrade the KIDZ ProRacer to four lanes.

R3  3.  Resolution No. 2021-124 authorization to apply for matching state and federal funds for FY2022 airport improvement projects.

R4  4.  Resolution No. 2021-125 to adopt a lateral transfer policy for the fire department.

R5  5.  Resolution No. 2021-126 to adopt a lateral transfer policy for the police department.

R6  6.  Resolution No. 2021-127 to enter into a contract with Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) and Cullman City Schools to host the 2022 through 2026 Alabama State Track and Field Championships for Classes 1A, 2A, and 3A at Cullman High School.

R7  7.  Resolution No. 2021-128 to award the bid for a 6-inch pipe, hydrants, fittings, etc. to the lowest responsible bidder, Ferguson Waterworks in the amount of $49,470.57.

R8  8.  Resolution No. 2021-129 to award the bid for an asphalt pothole patch truck to the lowest responsible bidder, HD Industries, in the amount of $173,928.80.

R9  9.  Resolution No. 2021-130 to award the bid for concrete to the lowest responsible bidder, Ready Mix USA, LLC.

O10  10.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-41 to amend Zoning Ordinance 2021-41 to modify parking space requirements from 20 feet in length to 18 feet in length.

O11  11.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-43 to annex 594 County Road 1329 into the city limits of Cullman as R-1 Residential District which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

O12  12.  First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-44 to annex 30 acres off Old Highway 157 NW into the city limits of Cullman as R-4 Residential District which received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission.

R13  13.  Resolution No. 2021-131 to authorize application for CDBG grant application and match for a neighborhood improvement project for Warnke Road.
