1. A request from QuikTrip located at 1811 4th Street SW for a beer and wine off premises alcohol license, which received a favorable recommendation from the Alcohol Review Committee

1. Resolution No. 2025-64 to appoint the election workers for the municipal election on August 26, 2025.
2. Resolution No. 2025-65 to accept a $500,000 grant from the Land and Water Conservation Fund for major recreational improvements to East Side “Lions Club” Park.
3. Resolution No. 2025-66 to approve change order no. 1 for the general aviation apron project at the Cullman Regional Airport due to construction delays.
4. Resolution No. 2025-67 to apply for a $500,000 Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) grant to renovate the Cullman Community Theater.
5. Resolution No. 2025-68 to approve the reimbursement of construction expenses for a new maintenance hangar and educational building at the Cullman Regional Airport.
